We collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to store in Forena (contacts, documents, association details). We also collect basic usage data to operate and improve the service.

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Forena service. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Data Residency
All data is stored and processed in the European Union. We use the following sub-processors, all operating within the EU: Railway (infrastructure, database, and file storage), Sentry (error tracking and performance monitoring), and Resend (transactional email delivery). Each sub-processor is bound by a Data Processing Agreement.
Your Rights (GDPR)
