By using Forena, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
The Service
Forena is an association management platform. We provide a free tier and optional paid extensions. We reserve the right to change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Payment
Paid extensions are billed per association on a monthly basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Forena for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to store illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Data Processing Agreement
When you use Forena to store personal data about your members or contacts, Forena acts as a data processor on your behalf under GDPR Article 28. By accepting these Terms you also accept the terms of this Data Processing Agreement. We process personal data only on your documented instructions, implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures, assist you in fulfilling data subject rights requests, and notify you without undue delay in the event of a personal data breach. All sub-processors are listed in the Privacy Policy and are bound by equivalent obligations.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
Limitation of Liability
Forena is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
